Truckin’ Thursdays at Ethyls
I hit this Food Truck meet up last night and aside from the mercury being just under the line for hoodie weather, it was a good time. Plenty of trucks to choose from… both sweet and savory. My fav was the Korean pork belly with jasmine rice from Homage Street Food. The Schweddy slider from Meatyballs was solid and spicy too.
Goose Island was there to pour beers and Ethyl’s was serving up irish coffee to ease the chill.
I will mos def be back.
